SUNSET ROYAL

We have been coming to Fishermen’s for over 20 years, and it remains a special place to getaway, truly relax in a charming two story hotel. The staff is exceptional; the food perfect, the grounds simple and lovely, the beach quiet and private. A place to read, relax, a safe place to introduce your family to Mexico. A great place to stay to explore the cenotes, ruins, small towns such as Akumal, and for those craving activity Fifth Avenue, a ten minute walkaway provides unlimited possibilities. We love the staff. Marcel who greets one at the door is a treasure for his knowledge of the area and country. The restaurant staff who work long shifts are bi-lingual and accommadating. The housekeeping staff unbeatable, sensitive to ones needs. If you crave pure relaxation, a place to read, write, relax and relish sunshine everyday, Fisherman’s is ideal.

SUNSET ROYAL

We had a great time while in Cancun and staying at the Sunset Royal Beach Resort! We were only there for a few days and we will be going back. The resort was beautiful and all of the services were great. The beach and pool are awesome, we only had 1 day to spend in the sun with our other activities that we had planned and we had a blast. We spent a few hours on the beach and then headed to the pool where there were several activities including a cooking class, bartending class, music trivia, and pool volleyball. Service was amazing and the activities team were very interactive making it very entertaining and memorable. We will be back for sure!
