HACIENDA TRES RIOS

Just returned from a week at this hotel and it was everything we wanted and more! As soon as we got to the hotel we were blown away by the place and had the warmest welcome! The hotel lobby is spectacular, we got a welcome cocktail as we were checking in and our bags were completely taken care of. I wish we had this kind of service in the UK. Our junior suite was stunning, really large and spacious, and absolutely spotless. The food at all the restaurants was delicious. The daily buffet had a huge range of choice and was delicious. I loved the freshly made to order omelettes in the morning! The food at the Hacienda Grill by the pool was delicious, as well as the Asian Fusion restaurant, but our highlight was the Mexican restaurant Alebrije. The round the pool service was amazing and our glasses were rarely empty I highly recommend the Margeritas! The beach itself was beautiful with a white sand beach. There was a weird black seaweed in the sea on the hotels main beach but this wasnt an issue on the members beach. The water was crystal clear and warm! We aren’t members but nobody seemed to mind us using it..the Lagoon next to the hotel was beautiful and we enjoyed kayaking amongst the fish up to the cenote ( take mosquito repellent though!). We also loved a trip out on the catamaran. The gym is also good and we made use of it during our stay. The hotel was really well maintained and the service was second to none. We also saw lots of wildlife such as Racoons, Coatis and Iguanas! The evenings had entertainment but this finished quite early which meant we were well rested. The only small criticism I have is I would have liked a guest directory in our room. I think there was one on the TV but we couldn’t find it! Overall a really special week at a really special place. I would highly recommend.

Our México

To talk about Mexico is to talk about a place full of history and beauty

HACIENDA TRES RÍOS

Service, choises, restaurants, comfort, beds. I love this place. The adventure starts as soon you get out from the Hotel. The naturepark is full of friendly animals beatiful plants and clean water. A lot of possibilitys is included, for exempel kajaks, so you can explore the surroundings. Roomservice 24 hours is just one of the things I love.

SUNSET MARINA

The first step in any vacation is research. Our vacation was beyond belief and it starts with staff personnel. When we first arrived we were greeted by a great bell boy staff and on our departure they were even better (thank you Jose Luis). RCI set up an unbelievable welcome for us (drinks, food and great staff – Thank you Martin). Everyone we came in contact with us treated us like Kings and Queens (thank you Omar C – Mr. VIP). . The transportation between resorts was a bonus too. Can’t wait to visit again!
