We came to the “Azucar” restaurant, as the Cuban singer Celia Cruz used to say, Francisco Merida served us and his service was excellent.

Great Hospitality
My family and I had a very nice experience! All the staff were very kind, attentive, and helped us a lot. In particular, we would like to thank Yosaphat and the rest of the butlers: Edgar, Celio, Lupita, and Rafael. They made our trip very special!

Awesome place, great hospitality, and the people are so caring and friendly. You’re all a family there. Edgar is the man; he is the head butler if you need anything he will try his hardest to make it happen. I sure hope that Sunset takes care of him and keeps him around. We had the 2-bedroom suit and that it was it was sweet. The member service department there is top notch, answers all questions and if there’s an issue, they go above and beyond to fix it. Can’t wait until next year to see all Sunset family.

The Entertainment Crew
The entertainment staff were exceptional!!! If it wasn’t for Louis, Roxanna and Emir, our vacation experience would have been different. They had countless activities throughout the day starting with water zumba ending with movie and song trivia. My kids were engaged all day long. Highly recommended and very interactive. We will miss them! Can’t wait to visit again soon.

Great Sunset Royaland Sunset World Group Experience
Excellent time at Sunset Royal; we especially liked the ability to travel from one Cancun-area Sunset resort to another. Our local catch Red Snapper dinner at Caribbean Azúcar restaurant was fabulous! Lastly, the butlers at Sunset Royal were GREAT!
