International Beer Day has been celebrated annually since 2007 on the first Friday of August to enjoy humanity’s common taste for this beverage, as well as to appreciate the culture and history of beer around the world.

At Sunset World, we celebrated International Beer Day with our guests on last August 4. On the occasion of this celebration, here are the 10 best beer festivals in Mexico.

Beer is one of the most popular and perhaps the oldest beverage in the world. It was first brewed by the Sumerians nine thousand years ago in the Middle East, today Iraq. They considered it a gift from the gods and brewed it from four elements: water, malt, hops and yeast. They also used it in their religious and social practices.
