Thanks to a comprehensive Storm and Hurricane Prevention and Response Program, Sunset World hotels are ready to welcome members and guests with fully operational facilities and the excellent service they have always been known for.
The Sunset World Group’s Storm and Hurricane Prevention and Response Program includes staff training at all six hotels on what to do before, during, and after a storm or hurricane hits, focusing on the safety of members and guests. Additionally, each year, starting in April, preventive maintenance work is carried out, resources and materials are collected for a possible emergency, staff training is provided to form brigades, aid agreements are reviewed, and clear and close channels of communication are established with authorities.
