Best service, wonderful food, on the quiet lagoon side, which we loved yet you could catch a quick boat ride directly from their resort to their sister resort on the Caribbean side for beach time. There isn’t anything we didn’t like about this resort. Friendly service, loved the accommodations, quiet yet lots of activities every day for the entire family. Can’t wait to go back!!!

As a gift to celebrate our anniversary, my husband and I decided to travel to Mexico, and based on recommendations from friends, stayed at this hotel. We had a lovely time, and the experience was everything I’d hoped for. I’m also very grateful that they have yoga, it’s my Roman Empire, Angel is a true professional. The facilities were modern, clean, and spacious, the food was delicious, and the hotel’s activities were incredible. I was very surprised to see that in Mexico they have entertainment activities everywhere, there’s always something to do. My favorite was in the pool with Dafne. The beaches were also beautiful, just like in the pictures, with that same intense blue color. I’m already looking forward to a return visit. Thank you, Mexico.

Love Sunset Marina mainly because of the vibe there. Lots of perfect spots to chill. And their activities are so much fun! DAFNE, the host for most activities, is the life of the party! She is able to make everyone feel like one big family. Her energy makes you want to participate in all the resort activities including people just visiting the resort. Sunsent Marina has the best views, great food, lovely pool with water slide, jacuzzi by the lagoon, lounge spots to chill and the best activities! Will always come back to this place.

The place is great and the service and food as good! You can be at the marina and back to the Sunset Royal in less than an hour, not to mention the other resorts! The food is good at any resort and so is the staff!

Thank you for the wonderful time. I had an amazing time! The people were very nice and I was never bored. Danfe was exceptionally special, she made sure I was enjoying and comfortable the whole time. Congratulations for making my vacation such a lovely time. Also, the cocktails were delicious.

My family and I just got back from our second trip to Cancun, where we spent an amazing week at Sunset Royal. I can’t say enough about the incredible experience we had, thanks to the amazing team there. From the managers to the servers to the room cleaners, everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A special shout-out to the Aquario team, both in the morning and at night—Rodrigo Huchim, Alberto, Orlando, Guadalupe, and Jose Luis. Also, big thanks to Israel, the front desk manager who received us with open arms and very helpful and accommodating, and Jesus from Carpaccio restaurant.

We had an amazing time at Sunset Royal. Our Servicer Perez was amazing outside on deck and remembered every detail providing drinks and remembering what we liked along with cold waters to keep us going. Guadalupe as a butler was the most professional, caring to detail, caring to personal needs and provided us the most kind and professional service we have ever experienced. At night Gabriel as a bartender and Francelyn his ad were the best at providing fun and professional bartending for evening entertainment.

My family has been going here for vacations for over 10 years. Such a wonderful time again at the Sunset Royal. Our sever Fernando at the beach was the best with outstanding service and attention to detail. All other staff were great and each day, everyone was so welcoming. Can’t wait to go back.
