An unusual success has been the new Sunset World Gastronomic Festival “Discovering the Flavors of Mexico”, which takes place on Wednesdays at the Frida restaurant of its Ocean Spa hotel. In this festival every month the gastronomic wealth of each state of Mexico is celebrated.
The festival includes exploring the cuisine of a different state each month, so the year started with a gastronomic sample from the state of Baja California and continued with Nuevo León in February, Yucatán in March, Tabasco in April, Veracruz in May, Michoacán in June, in July it is Hidalgo’s turn, August will be Oaxaca, in September San Luis Potosí, October for Durango, in November Tamaulipas and the year will end with Querétaro.
