Cancun, Mexico – On March 27, “Earth Hour” was held around the world and Sunset World Group once again joined the celebration, not only with a blackout at 8:30 pm, but with interesting and informative activities in their hotels throughout the day. This year’s motto was “United by Nature,” and members, guests and staff enthusiastically participated, learning and raising awareness about the importance of caring for the environment.
These fun activities were led by Sunset World Group’s Memory Makers Department and included a beach cleaning, a bonding with nature workshop, a hydroponic cultivation workshop, an ecological drawing workshop, and a Mayan show. All activities were completed while adhering to strict hygiene measures and healthy distancing.
