After the Passage of Grace Hurricane Grace in Quintana Roo, Mexico, Grupo Sunset World Hotels are Prepared to Welcome Guests


Cancun, Mexico – Thanks to a complete Storm and Hurricane Preparation and Attention Program, and after the recent passage of Hurricane Grace, Grupo Sunset World hotels are pleased to announce that we are ready to welcome members and guests with fully functional facilities and the excellent service that has always characterized us.


Grupo Sunset World’s Storm and Hurricane Prevention and Attention Program includes staff training at our six hotels in Cancun and the Riviera Maya, which allows us to be prepared before, during and after a storm or hurricane. In addition, every year in April we begin preventive maintenance work, collect resources and materials for a possible emergency,  train staff and review aid agreements and communication with the authorities, who we thank for all their support during the recent meteorological phenomenon.
