The staff is very friendly,\u00a0excellent customer service, all areas always clean which makes us feel very happy and pleasant.<br><br>Special mention to Diego and Christopher at the SPA whose gave us a great hospitality in our experience at the spa. Also wanted to recognize the servers at Acuario and Capriccio restaurants, bartenders, front desk and Concierge staff,\u00a0specially Ahmed who always was attentive and helpful to our needs and questions.
